Karras Grande Resort, Planos (Zakynthos)

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic and the rooms were clean and spacious, the dining experience left much to be desired with uninspiring food quality and rude staff. Additionally, we encountered some issues with not having basic amenities in our room, which was a letdown. Overall, we had a great time exploring the beautiful area but would hesitate to return to this hotel.
